LOCATION AND LAYOUT 

The Leo Hotel of Leonessa is a four star hotel, of new conception, located near the historical downtown of Leonessa (Rieti). The Leonessa table-land is about 1.000 mt above sea-level, in the heart of an intense area of natural, historical-artistic and religious importance; Cascia is 18 km far from Leonessa, and at a distance of 38 km there is the town of Rieti  and  22 km far  from Terminillo. 

The hotel is good furnished, 86 rooms with bathroom, TV, telephone, bar, safety box, hairdryer. Large space and equipment; restaurant hall, breakfast hall, wooden oven tavern, cocktail bar, congress room, indoor heated swimming pool (25x8mt), solarium with deckchairs, fitness club with gym, Turkish bath, massage and beauty farm treatment cabin, tennis court, soccer field, and an indoor and outdoor parking.

 

SERVICES

Services included in the membership club card– use of the swimming pool and gym. Sport activities in group, such as tennis, swimming, archery, aerobics, dance, and in-water activities.  Members are free to participate in games, competitions and mountain bike trips. There are also baby club for children from 3 to10 years of age.

Services not included in the membership club card – rent tennis courts, fitness club’s services, parking in garage, medical assistance, individual lessons of certain sports, babysitting, rafting, dart games, canoeing, airplane flying and glider flying, horseback riding, tennis, swimming, and archery.

CANCELATIONS AND PENALTIES

If there are cancellations 45 days prior to arrival the total amount will be refunded. If there are cancellations during the period- 45 days prior to arrival up to the week before arrival-, 50%  of the deposit will be refunded. If there are cancellations in the last week before arrival at the hotel no refunds will be allowed. In case there is accommodation  suspension during the stay, no refunds will be given .

RESTAURANT 

Lunch and dinner are served (include side plate, there is a choice among 3 first courses and 3 main courses ).
Drinks have an extra charge.
Hotel services begin with supper upon day of arrival. Tables  are set for 8 people.

  • Elderly-  10% discount for period A, and 5% discount for period B.

  • Early Reservations- 5% discount for reservations confirmed up until the 15st of June. (excluding periods D and E).

  • Family Plan- Two adults with 2 children up to 12 yrs. of age, all staying in the same room, pay for 3  adult fees during all periods.
  • Single + Child: One adult with one child uo to 9 yrs. in a double room, pay for one and another pay discount 40%. (excluding periods C,D and E).
